Fred Adams, Jr. Vice President of Fred Adams Paving Co. will be instructing both the ICPI Commercial Paver Technician Course and ICPI’s Permeable Interlocking Concrete Pavement (PICP) Specialist Course at the 2016 Hardscape North America (HNA) co-located with GIE+Expo in Louisville, KY.
